To solve this puzzle, you first need to draw a compass with letters on it:

 Z A R
 T   C
 L A W

For each piece of angled text, consult the compass to get the right letter. The text starts out heading south: that gives us an 'A'. Then it goes southwest, giving 'L', then east, which is 'C'.

Follow this pattern for the whole puzzle and you get the answer: ALCATRAZ.

Most teams solved this puzzle in only a few minutes. We knew from our testing that it was an easy puzzle, but we didn't mind-- every game should have one puzzle that doesn't make your brain hurt.
