If you want your notes to be welcome and useful and practical for<br>
others in the future, can you do anything to avoid the garbage<br>
characters and broken words that risk making your posts too much of a<br>
chore to read? Maybe your mailer processes outgoing and incoming<br>
messages with no problem (so you have no idea what I'm referring to),<br>
but take a look at the archives to see what your message looks like<br>
not only there but in the digest. You aren't the only one who has this<br>
persistent problem; for all I know, this message of mine too will get<br>
garbaged up by the time it circulates; but if you can do anything to<br>
keep your notes from becoming too much of a headache to bother<br>
reading, I hope you will.<br>
