wallace-l: Circulation of DFW stuff

Two things: first, the Reader was assembled in 2003, not 2005, if that
matters to whether you want one or not. Second, I'm getting a lot of
requests, which is good, but it means I'll be making the copies as a
batch, instead of individually. So anybody who asks for copies
between now and, say, Monday, will get theirs all at the same time,
probably late next week. So get 'em while they're hot.

On a related topic, I think I'm going to create an updated Reader,
that excludes all the pieces that DFW ended up publishing in Consider
the Lobster, and includes the handful of pieces he published since
then that haven't been anthologized (e.g. Federer as Religious
Experience, Good People, etc.). If anyone would like to submit an
essay or remembrance to be included in that volume, please let me
know.
