wallace-l: Coverage of DFW

I actually responded to this author because I respect Counterpunch as a
publication and he replied curtly with an ugliness that put him smack at
Ziegler-level to me.  I'll be glad to FWD the correspondance to anyone who's
interested, but what he wrote back is a bit too cold and brutal to be
mass-emailed to grieving people.
