that is one poignant detail. as i've been sharing a lot of these eulogies,
particularly from students, with my wife (who's been most moved by the
students), she asked, Do you think he was aware of all these amazing
feelings toward him? i think he was, sure, and i can't help but think that
beyond the crippling depression, maybe a million hugs are heavy.
