1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp canola or sesame oil
3 tbsp tamari
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp turbinado sugar
curry powder
ginger puree
crushed garlic
crushed red chiles
a few carrots, cut into sticks
head of broccoli, chopped
baked tofu, cubed
white basmati rice or Thai noodles
Combine the first set of ingredients to make the sauce. Make little Jawa noises to yourself. Freak. Spice to taste. All those amounts are made up anyway.
Steam veggies until they can be poked with a fork. Mushy vegetables are bad. Broccoli should be bright green and stuff. The tofu's already baked. Go ahead, try some. Toss the veggies, tofu, and sauce in a bowl while the veggies are still hot. Serve. Don't forget the rice. Do a little Jawa dance.
