Day 22 of September of 2002 Gonzalo Santiago Garcia, To stop Chavez, Antonio Villanueva and Carmen Perez Chavez they were on the verge of on salary being killed at hands of assassins of the municipal president of Santa Lucia of the Way, Oaxaca. Soon when arriving at its address in the Street of Ignacio Camarena # 41 Guelatao Colony to 20 meters of the door, on Street 21 of March, that lateral to the Street Ignacio Perez, was parked the Patrol I number 512, with logotipo of Policia of Santa Lucia del Camino, on board of her were two uniformed people whom they directly observed my address.<br><br> That same day and until the one of today 26 of September, in all mass media, in spite of being we attacked them, blames the CIPO-RFM to be the provokers of the destabilization and the problems of the municipality of Bright Sta. of the Way, generating a climate of lynching against ours organizacion from the lie and the engano in mass media.<br><br> This climate of persecution and harassment to that we are ourselves put under generates fear to us and are a serious annoyance for our families, thus is asking for its intervention to the corresponding instances to guarantee the security of our members and the one of our offices and denounced President Municipal Nicolas Olivera, to Mario Grove "the Chichon", Juan Carlos Diaz Sumano, Arturo Jimenez like person in charge of which one of the members can happen to all and each of organizacion which they estan participating in Bright Sta. of the Way.<br><br> By all the previous one, asi as we demanded actuen against the Lic. Ricardo Dorantes Jimenez, by complicity with the aggressors and demas crimes that are due to not wanting to receive our declaration. But ademas we solicitd:<br><br> MEASURES YOU WILL PREVENT that they mainly guarantee the life of our brothers Gonzalo Santiago Garcia, To stop Chavez, Carmen Perez Chavez, Antonio Villanueva, asi like also the one of demas members of the CIPO-RFM: Reyna Perez, Leonardo Lopez Sarabia, Brown Miguel Cross, Miguel Rios, David Pacheco Vasquez, Raul Gatica, among others; equally for each one of the brothers and sisters presidents of colony and agents who participate in the citizen movement in defense of our patrimony.<br><br> The PUNISHMENT to the intellectual and material people in charge of the aggressions to ours organizacion and prevents acts of violence against our offices.
