November of the 2002 WE ARE THE TENACIOUS ENEMIES of injustice:Popular the indigenous Council of Oaxaca "Ricardo Flowers Magon" CIPO-RFM, organizacion of communities that we arose by the exigency of the recognition of our rights like towns, the integral development of our communities, the defense of our forests, territory, language, culture, the justice exigency against those who agreden to us, stops arbitrarily, violates our human rights and assassinates: of new account, the women and men, the ninas, Youthand grandpas we are ourselves forced to take the streets like unico resource so that the senores of the power and money can see us and listen to us, because during long time we have been called on the doors of its offices to ask for solution to our demands, estan potbellied the folders of as much offices and requests, always has been, the lie and the engano the answer.Our heart is to him being born scars by as much ridicule, our skin becomes lasts of as much silence, the full tear face of as much pain that watches, so many sisters and hurt brothers, of as much carelessness of the authorities, as much complicity of the powerful ones with paramilitary, transnational and the oprisonerres ones. To our patience no longer it fits to him but it hopes, because our earth are being dry, no longer want to produce, milpa no longer gives mazorcas like before, the called seeds improved (transgenicos) have danado them. There is no use in the towns, l@s Youthno longer have where to study, the schools are very far, the ninos of 6 to 10 years of age must walk in some cases up to 2 hours to reach school and two to return, for that reason we return to the protest from our communities to the capital of Oaxaca demanding: 1.- Our rights and indigenous culture and the 3 senales demanded by the EZLN for I engage in a dialog 2.- Supports to the field and recognition like comuneros to San Isidro Aloapam that the paramilitary PRI members and of San Miguel Aloapan have denied to them, legalization and delivery of lots for house in Sta Huatulco Cross. 3.- Respect to the D.H., l@s migrantes, students and fulfillment to the recommendations of human rights: CNDH/26/99 and CEDH/15/2002, 4.- Solution to the reclamations of the communities: justice, health, food, schools, house, ways, electrica light, potable water, municipal participation, recognition like comuneros, projects for women, Youth ancian@s 5.- mass media into the hands of indigenouss towns 6.- Autonomia, autogestion, self-determination, nourishing self-sufficiency and mutual support between the towns. Ademas to reject: 1.- the war of the United States towards the towns of world 2.- the megaproyectos, the Agreement of Free Commerce for the Americas, ALCA, the transgenicos, biopirateria, the transnational companies (Mac Donalds, monsanto, Nestle', cocaine tail, etc.) 3.- the indigenous law of the PRI, BREAD and PRD, the federal law of radio and television, the privatizations of the light and I refuel 4.- state and federal Repression, the massacres, haltings, corruption and the paramilitary ones of Huatulco, Tanetze and San Miguel Aloapam. But ademas because we needed solution to the following subjects: JUSTICE SUBJECTS: Summary of violations to the DH that we have suffered since we integrated ourselves like CIPO-RFM, where they appear the aggressions, the arbitrary haltings, the kidnappings and murders that have done to us (annexed 1) AGRARIAN SUBJECTS: Summary of the problematica of San Isidro Aloapam and Sta. Huatulco Cross, first by the recognition of the rights like comuneros, the second the right to a piece of earth for house (annexed 2) SUBJECTS Politicall: Summary of the problems that have not been solved for Politicall reasons, where they estan involved policias, funcionaros, municipal presidents, deputies and all type of authorities: Recommendation of the human rights, delivery of municipal participation to Santa Ma. Yaviche and San Isidro Aloapam; halting and punishment to Judicial, municipal president of Huatulco, Bright Sta., stop to the harassment, repression and persecution to the members and communities of the CIPO-RFM (annexed 3) SOCIAL SUBJECTS: summary of the demands of social type that demand the communities and that until today in day have not been taken care of: light, water, food, ways, schools, house, health, etc., (annexed 4) CULTURAL SUBJECTS: explanation of the difficulties that we have happened to have in operation one communitarian radio, asi like our proposals on the matter of the communitarian radios (annexed 5) By all the previous one from the 15 of November we began with activities and the 18 reinforce the actions. 1) Pega of posters and demas activities of propaganda and information 2) state, national and international Press conference, explaining in each place the activities that would be haran by and for the CIPO-RFM a) state: document mobilizations, delivery b) national, document delivery to institutions: Sedesol, Semarnat, INI, Camara of deputies and Senators: Commission of indigenouss Subjects, human rights, Communication, SCT, CNDH, presidential office for the indigenouss towns, fonatur, among others. c) the International: delivery of documents to the embassies, consulates, houses of Oaxaca, etc., to ask for solution to the demands of the indigenouss towns, stops to the repression to the CIPO-RFM and attention to its reclamations. 3) Activities in the regions to press the different governmental organisms 4) creative Actions in the State Capital that gain simpatia, involve ciudadania in general and expresses the inconformidad of the indigenouss against the government of Fox and Jose Murat, trying to affect the economica, Political, administrative life in the state, gain followers against badly the government and fortify the social inconformidad against the federal and state Political 5) Activities in the State Capital that considers the dates and the simbolos of the Mexican revolution 6) Activities that express the effects of the neoliberalism, the ALCA, the transgenicos, the law anti indigenous, the problems of the field, the women, etc. 7) Participation in the activities of the Mexican revolution, but from the optica Magonista and alternative to the official activities. 8) Presentation of initiatives to recover the Magonista thought in the present society.
