SISTERS And BROTHERS:

To but of a month of to have installed the long wait of denunciation in front of the government palace to demand justice and punishment to the intellectual and material authors of the criminal facts that they committed the paramilitary ones of Tanetze de Zaragoza against our brothers of Santa Maria Yaviche and to demand the immediate liberation of our companero Oliverio Neri Lopez, the unico that we have obtained from the governor of the state is the indifference and the accentuation of the repression towards us.

The day miercoles 19 of November, in the visperas to be celebrated an anniversary but of the beginning of the Mexican Revolution and, we, showing will to promote I engage in a dialog, the government of the state treating to demonstrate before the town in general and mass media like intransigentes being turned aside the original course to us of the parade of the rich ones to make responsible to us of boycotting and to conceal its negligence and the one of its collaborators in the solution of the felt demands but of our communities.

In its eagerness of provocation aposto around the first blocks of the city a great one I number of ministerial policias dressed civilian whom of violent way they intercepted to two of our companeros that were distributing flying, and arrebatandoselos asked to them that they informed to them in where was our companero Raul Gatica because now if they are going it to kill and that of all ways although hid they already asi habian it decided.

At the same time, while to our aggressors it is freed to them, so it is the case of which they attacked to our companeros in Yaviche, and they are not wanted to turn you order of apprehension against the material authors of this aggression Jacobo Chavez and Cesar Toimil, although the denunciations estan well based, to us is threatened to us turning you order of apprehension by the supposed boycotting to the parade of the false redentores of the revolution.
