I'll await more contributions on the Usenet issue. But if such a group
were founded outside alt. it would have to be voted on & might not pass.
  Interesting that GATech bans alt. - my campus bans only binaries (i.e.
sexual images). UBC set up a committee with some strong feminists on it
and they recommended unanimously not to ban anything. 
  I guess the First Amendment doesn't apply to networks - electronic
W.A.S.T.E., anyone?
