Published Pynchon photo

Here's another query:

Many years ago I ran across a pencilled notation in a Pynchon bibliography in
the San Francisco Public Library that said that a photo of Pynchon as a
pallbearer at Richard Farina's funeral in 1966 appeared in the 1st edition
only of The Judy Collins Songbook.  Has anyone ever seen this?  It's not the
kind of book that libraries tend to have, so I never did too much research
trying to find a copy, but it stuck in my mind.

Oh, and that Helen Dudar article I asked about? I found it in my files.  No
wonder it sounded familiar . . .
