Parody Contests

I don't know about literary parodies (which, GR aside, might be hard to
manage), but Ray Olderman at the University of Wisconsin once organzied
a Thomas Pynchon Look-Alike Context (some 19 years ago!).  Some people came
as guide missles.  I went as an English Professor.  My wife was one of the
finalists.
