celebrations?

Jorn Barger's comparisons with Joyce reminded me that we don't seem
to have any tradition of celebrating TP's May 8 birthday or anything
else - whereas Joyce fans have Bloomsday.
  So:
  1. What would be the right day for a celebration?
  2. Would anyone be interested in having a GR reading, like the
readings of Ulysses that now take place in various locales on 16
June?

On another subject - I recently picked up a few nuggets of
biographical information about TP; agreeing with Stuart Moulthrop, I
don't intend to post them.
However, shouldn't TP reward us for our restraint by joining the
list? After all, what better medium than e-mail for preserving
anonymity?
