I know it is a bit late for a reply but here is some info on the
Warwick conference for anyone who is still in the dark.

> 1. Registration Fees

This is 5 pounds for unwaged/students, 20 pounds otherwise; payable in
advance or at the door (although the organisers said the latter may
buy standing room only). Advance cheques payable to `University of
Warwick' sent to Mr E Cassidy/Mr D O'Hara, Conference Organisers,
`Thomas Pynchon', Centre for Research in Philosophy and Literature,
University of Warwick, Coventry CV4 7AL, United Kingdom, tel: +44
(0)203 523523 ext 2582, email pyrbe at snow.csv.warwick.ac.uk

> 2. Housing and Meals connected to the conference (or do we wing it
ourselves?)

The latter, I'm afrais as University accomodation is all taken by
students. Warwick University Accomodation Office (ask the switchboard
on the above number) and the Warwick Tourist Information Board (tel
+44 (0)203 832303) can provide lists of hotel/bed & breakfast
accomodation plus maybe send you a map of Coventry and other info.

> 3. Special transportation arrangements from London

Details of travel to/from Warwick University from a variety of
destinations plus a near illegible but very pretty coloured map of the
campus are available from the warwick web server or gopher (web URL
http://www.csv.warwick.ac.uk/)

> 4. Actual (or approx.) hours when panels will be meeting

Details are sent on registration. Start times are 10:00 Saturday and
Sunday. Registration on Saturday opens 9:00. Saturday's session goes
on late (last paper starts 21:15!).

> 5. Other associated events, if any

Informal drinks in staff club bar Friday 18:00. Informal dinner Sunday
20:00. Otherwise...?

> 6. Any other tourist-type stuff that's been arranged (back to Baedecker!)

Not that I know of.

See you all there.
