pynchon-l go boom

The mailspooler here at sfu overflowed and emptied the membership list
of pynchon-l to gain space.  I just had the list restored from
backups, but any messages sent over the weekend likely got mailed
precisely nowhere from the list.

I suspect THEIR hand in this!
