Fellow Conspirators,
We all know the folklore that Pynchon is JDS (or vice versa)
and of course that he's really beneath one of the eyeball
masks of the Residents.  But I like to extend the line of
descent (deceit) even further back.
Salinger was/is really B. Traven.
B. Traven was/is really Ambrose Bierce.
One immortal burntout genius commuting thru time....
Anyone care to extend the line further back with likely (or
unlikely) candidates?
