Yeah -- the line "just because you're paranoid, don't mean they're not 
after you" appears at the conclusion of another track on _Nevermind_,
the charmingly titled "Territorial Pissings."  Wonderful stuff.  I don't 
think it's made with reference to _GR_, though -- seems like the early 70s
(coincidentally, the period Nirvana derived much of their sound from...Black
Sabbath, Iggy Pop, etc.) were in general a paranoid time; Watergate, movies
like "the parallax view," "the conversation," etc.
