Farina references

          I, too, am interested in the Pynchon-Farina connection.  I
          believe I read on this list that Pynchon wrote an
          introduction or notes to Been Down So Long It Looks Like Up
          To Me, but they don't appear in my old paperback copy of the
          book.  Can anyone supply a source for this Pynchon piece?
