Yes, but of course, this is true secret to publication success.
Publisher's Karma is then intrinsic element of dogma.  Indoctrination
of publisher is deep concern netting what abodes polite fish increases
gross or is truncated, variously.  In such centering is what makes
weighty concerns of such as GR relevant to great world orderings, and
those waiting to serve in minutae parlance.  A-aah but I whine.
