NALC meets W.A.S.T.E.?

This evening I discovered that one of our less literary users has decided to
create an official web page for his organization on our system. I find it 
somewhat ironic, because his group is the National Association of Letter 
Carriers and our web site is of course littered with muted post horns, 
among other things. The URL for the curious is

I'm still debating whether I should clue him in or not. And trying to 
pick the best short passage in COL49 to do it with.
