Hello all,
There is a mental measurement called the Vineland Adaptive Behavior
Scales. It is designed to assess personal and social adaptibility although
it's more of an interview than a test. This measurement was dirived from an
earlier test called the Vineland Social Maturity Scale which was devised by
Edgar A. Doll in 1935.
Fortunately for me, the library did not include this test in it's battery
of pre-employment hurdles.
Kon Tiki,
Steve T.
