Children's Sexuality

A Question:

Noone believes anymore that children are asexual beings. How do they
experience and practice their sexuality? Is it ok for two ten year
olds to have sex, and if not, why not? The age of consent varies
greatly from country to country (12, 14 or 16) - does this mean that
the same act is pedophilia in one country and ok in the next? I
always thought that one of the main elements in "Lolita" was the
different ways in which the girl and the man experience the same act
(for him it is a delicious illicit act, for her a pretty banal variation of
what she has done before) - does the same apply to little Bianca? Is
the pedophilia merely in the eyes of the beholder(s)?
