 It should be:

 Gettysburg, Pa.
  In the early dawn hours this holiday  weekend several as of yet
unidentified members of an obscure cult were arrested breaking into tombs at
the National Battlefield Park 
 Several members of the group  escaped park  police by vanishing into the
heavily wooded and mountainous terrain to the west of the park.
   During interrogation the captured members of the group claimed to be
Inuit Eskimo anthropologists doing field work for their PhD's .The group was
taking
notes, photos and  cataloguing the remains in the tombs and memorials. They
claim they had
permission from their government and hired a local guide ( described as a
tall bearded
native) from an ad they had found in  _Soldier of Fortune_.
