Yet the president of Yoyodyne is none other than Clayton ('Bloody') 
Chiclitz "himself" (57) (the one from GR, 558)  ...in Pynchon's universe, 
it is ALL connected, and we go !AHA! loudly when we read what 
Yoyodyne's gate looks like, hmmm? The Lot49 world seems the logical 
(USA) counterpart to the European theatre of GR.
