I don't think this message got thru, due to mailer problems
on my provider.  At the risk of boring everyone twice, I'm
resubbing it:

For those interested in previewing the writing of David Foster
Wallace before lurching into his new enormous book INFINITE
JEST, the man has a piece of journalism in the latest HARPER'S.
The story of his Caribbean cruise is funny and well-written--but
in the exact manner of PJ O'Rourke, not TRP!  I just don't buy
Wallace as truly Pynchonian.  Tho' perhaps the comparison
in this case is unfair, since we have no journalism by TRP for
purposes of exact comparison.
