Maybe this discussion can eventually help me out in my misunderstanding
of "a" (?) "rhizome." Tell me if synchronicity has anything to do with
the way in which various digits, if you will, are somehow rooted and thus
all part of some network of thought and cognition.

Also, Dan, you mention "wooly thinking," which, I assume, is a nod to
fuzzy logic. If so, can you elaborate, relative to rhizomatic thought
(which, itself seems an odd expression.) as you know, I have an interest
in chaos theory and wonder often about the notion of what I refer to as
a "cultural matrix," (which is nothing new, I realize) and how 1.) the
rhizome is describing this matrix, and 2.) how fuzzy logic is relevant to
the study of chaotic systems (if you know of any work, in particular.)

Forgive my naivete, I have not yet tackled even a passing glance in the
direction of D & G, so anything I think about their work is from second
hand discussions and eavesdropping. The point is that if I'm way off
here, there's no need to jump all over me, just let me know.

Thanks
Bonnie
