Sorry if this seems a touch belated; had a looonngg Xmas...

Prof. Kim Sang Koo at Pusan National University, South Korea has 
translated V. into Korean, as I discovered at the November 
conference. A monumental feat, no? Tho` I think there`s only one 
copy...

Also, there`s a translation of the first few pages of GR in the 
Pynchon edition of Albert Bonniers magasin litteria; can`t remember 
who did the translation, but the man who can is Magnus Bergh at Albert 
Bonniers Forlag in Stockholm.
