Well, it just so happens that I have read the New Scientist article and, uh,
do you really think that constitutes a catch-all scientific explanation?
'Cos I sure don't.
Way before the alien abduction story started being discussed on telly
individuals were telling their shrinks about aliens, and they were always
gray. Why is there such resistance to a genuine exploration of this aspect
of the phenomenon? - ie that all these people are describing a gray alien,
and that not all aliens in popular culture are gray. Surely such a
discussion merely takes us to Jungland rather than to anywhere as
scientifically disreputable as a belief in real aliens.
