You're right that Adolf is certainly decentralized from GR, but he doesn't
escape mention.  There are several brief references (such as Reverand Pauld
de la Nuit's "Herod or Hitler, fellas" and the reference to AH being a
possible viewer of von Goll's GOOD COMPANY) as well as some indirect allusions
like "Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Furher."

I don't think AH is de-emphasized because of the "motion of individuals" but
on the contrary is finally just a symptom and means of the larger forces of
Death at work in the world.
