Dear Jan, I find your writing insulting and diatribe.  Using by any
means to sterilize as a cover for reducing cost and risks for
off-shore chemical testing in large population under relatively
controllable conditions (deplorable as they may be) has nothing to do
with housing starts in NYC and your implications thereupon are as
revolting as those homelez boyz that do not exist.  Would good
neighbors exploit their compatriates in such thoughtless inhumane
manner and feel patronmony fundamentally justifiable?  Of course not.
