Improved Pynchon Mail Archive

I have responded to feedback re my WWW pynchon-l archive and made some
initial improvements.

  All four of the Pomona Pynchon Page folders containing the Pynchon
  List archives from 1992 to Jul 95 are now available for browsing via
  *Netscape*. Mosaic may or may not work (let me know - only don't try
  replying using the mail button as it appears not to work under Mosaic).

  You still get a menu of titles for each folder letting you display
  each individual note. I have rejigged the note layout to be prettier
  with separate areas for header and text info and better font sizing.

  I have added Next and Previous buttons in the mail note display
  window so you can skip through the sequence of notes in the folder.

Future enhancements on their way `real soon' (TM) will include
selective display from a folder by author name or keyword in
title/text.
