mailer errors

Hello pynchophiles,

I have been getting so many mailer errors, some days over 50, that I
must start simply deleting the offending addresses without waiting
several days to see if it straightens itself out.

BE WARNED.

If you suddenly stop getting pynchon-l messages, drop me a line to ask
what's up, or better yet (for me) send a test message to pynchon-l
(make sure test is in the subject line), and if you don't get it back,
then drop me a line.

On another topic:

We are getting it together with www, and I'm presently investigating
setting up an automatic web archive for pynchon-l that will archive
immediately in monthly folders.  I hope to have indexing stuff hooked
up as well.

Took some HTML training, and it is WAY COOL!  Dead simple.  Lotta
grunt work though.
