Please disregard previous message re copyright 3. I started to draft a letter
to respond after doing some legal research on the subject, saved it for
later, forgot about it, then my computer automatically sent it out when I
went to check my e-mail. I'm sorry to have dredged this topic up again. I
think good legal arguments can be made on both sides of the issue as the
courts are to ajudicate "fair use" controversies on a case-by-case basis.
However, caution usually proves to be the better part of discretion. Till
