Ronald Sukenick is a writer and (I believe) professor of
postmodern type fiction and also the motive power behind the
publishing co-op Fiction Collective and its sucessor Fiction
Collective Two, with its imprint of Black Ice Books. Been around
since the 'Sixties, I believe. Had a chance to meet him at
a Brown U. seminar, And hear him read a funny piece or two, but
don't otherwise know his work that well. Black Ice, by the way,
for all the Samuel Delany fans on the list, has just published
Delany's "lost" porno novel HOGG, dating from the same period as
his TIDES OF LUST (itself reissued recently from Masquerade Books
under its prefered title, EQUINOX).
