Mondaugen in COL49

On Wed, May 10th, Ron Churgin asked whether Mondaugen appeared
as a minor character (along with "Bloody" Chiclitz) in _COL49_.

I did a quick pass through Chapter 4 (which starts at Yoyodyne)
but saw no mention of Mondaugen.  The reference I vaguely remember
of him re Yoyodyne is in _Vineland_, though I can't tell you where.

Chiclitz only shows up in _COL49_ to lead the Yoyodyne songfest.
There are two old men who are nameless in this chapter (both
presumably stockholders) the twins whose hands keep falling in
Oedipa's lap during the luncheon.  Any guesses on who these two
are?
