Why has nobody yet made any allusions to the two letters that preface this
section (that is, the letter from Slothrop to the Kenosha Kid and the Kid's
terse reply)???  Does anyone have any clues as to these inclusions and
thier meanings or any light they may shed on the Kenosha controversy?  If,
for one, am still in the dark.
