Peel the adenoid

The adenoid is a fantasy  of Lord Blatherard Osmo that is interfering with
work on the Novi Pazar desk of the Foreign Office. (I just love typing these
names)  Pirate has to take over Osmo's fantasy to keep the Eastern Question
from bubbling over.  Pirate is the "Fellow that's hav-ing other peop-les's
fan-tasies".  This is his great value to the Firm.

I hope we can stop picking on this subject.
