I wouldn't be so sure. I think he'd make a distinction between the inventors
and the users. Remember, rockets sometimes go to the moon. A fair number of
other pacifists have decided that accepting the prize wouldn't taint them,
you can probably name a few. If he did win the prize, who d'ya suppose would
accept for him? While we're on the subject, what's the background of the
MacArthur Foundation?
