Thanks to everyone who e-mailed for details.  Here's the scoop: $10 CDN 
gets a transcript from the CBC's mail order arm in Toronto.  I sent the 
cheque off today; when the transcript arrives, I'll post the whole thing, 
though previous experience with the labyrynthine intricacies of the 
Canadian postoffice suggest a four week wait or so is likely...
