I haven't been reading my Publishers' Weekly as I should. Does anyone know
about a novel by Pynchon about the Civil War to be publsihed soon? I
understannd it's another Opus that he had ready before Vineland but
couldn't get out for some reason, so he dashed Vineland off in a few weeks
to fill up the hole (I beleive it).

Howdy y'all,

Civil War novel and temporarily put that project on hold to do
Vineland... is a new novel due for imminent release? Oooh oooh!
