A Pynchonian Restaurant?

Thanks to Davemarc for that bit from the VILLAGE VOICE.

Robert Sietsema, the author of the review, was a friend of mine at the
University of Wisconsin, and we both attended the Pynchon seminar run
by Ray Olderman.  I haven't heard from Robert for a long time, but he is
(or at least was) a prime person to appreciate Pynchonian themes!

I was delighted to see that he's writing for the Voice!
