What's with "wiv?"

Reading _GR_ I've always assumed that "wiv" is out of some regional dialect, 
but though I've heard people from back east say "youse" I've never actually 
heard anyone say "wiv."  Anybody know if it's authentic?  What region?  What 
dialect?
