Jody asked what happened to Hal.  Could it be he dropped some of that 
DMZ?

One of the quibbles I have with IJ is that sinister, mysterious sense of 
Madame Psychosis is dropped by Wallace as we see the more human side of  
Joelle in her growing affection for Gately.  Maybe Wallace's nod to V. 
and taking it one step further, (as parody?)
