Beat and Beaten

Another week, another funeral.  This one, of at least peripheral relevance
to TRP, is that Herbert (?) Huncke (pronounced Hunky) died a week or so
ago.  It was he who allegedly gave the Beat Generation its name.

BTW, for those passing by the Twin Cities, there is an exhibit based on
the Beat Generation showing at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis.  It
is due to run through early September.
