Quark: not just for breakfast anymore

Quark (don't have my German dictionary at the ready, so not sure of TRP's
spelling), is a rich, sweet, yoghurty concoction that sometimes seems a bit
grainy--kind of like low-fat ice cream (argh) if it would hold its
consistency without having to be frozen.  Tastes better than I'm
describing, especially with a dollop of strawberry jam or currants thrown
into it.
