I saw a story the other day on McSki--no kidding.  Bottom of some slopes 
in Switzerland (?).  A tiny shack, designed to look and feel like a 
*real* ski lodge-type dinerette, a place for gloves, hats, etc.  And you 
ski right up to the window (a ski-thru?) and order, pick up your fries 
and cokes, and move on.  ugh.
