I think there's more than one real problem, but otherwise I agree 100
percent. Unfortunately, the genie's out of the bottle and unless it can be
forced back in for _all_ of us, I think attempts to keep aboriginal
cultures "pure" create another real problem--that of one culture assuming
the burden of keeping another from making the same mistakes while the
first has not given up the benefits derived while making said mistakes.

If your views expressed here are those of a tree-hugger, I plead guilty
too. (Now that I think about it, I _do_ on occasion hug trees.)
