The profits from these "US-manufactured" goods are surely flowing to 
American investors, but the actual production is probably carried out 
by a US hemispheric client being structurally adjusted.  One of the 
priceless episodes of America's ongoing Haiti saga was the crises 
caused by the recent embargo for Major League baseball who couldn't 
import their balls until they were granted a special dispensation.
