On a third hand (dealer pass left), I see it as a scheme to keep the
$$ from the originator of The Lexicon of Jive, Dr Hepcat (Lavada Durst)
who passed away in Taylor, Texas in 1996. If his estate saw fit, they  
could milk this puppy until Dr Ishmael Reed says "copacetic".
