Sounds like Daniel got blamed for using the d-word relative to science, 
when actually it was me. Daniel was just straightening me out.

I didn't intend any disrespect and was speaking somewhat ornately. The 
meaning (in the context of what I wrote) was supposed to be: Science can't 
take the place of magic in our lives. Of course, nobody ever said it 
_really_ should. But, wouldn't it be nice if we _could_ jump from science
to "beyond the zero", over the rainbow, or to wherever our hearts desire.
Maybe I spoke too extravagantly.
